With a combination of Belt and Road, investment, and growing trade China is fast becoming the most important power in the region. If you are prejudiced against China because it is a country run by a Communist Party, you miss the significance of the big changes taking place as we go about our daily lives. China needs to be understood from China’s perspective and not through the prism of Stalin, class war and Marxism.
